Then it’s a matter of the beliefs, self-awareness and skills you operate with in the world around you. How you relate with confidence in any situation to avoid misunderstandings, defensiveness and confusion.


Tara has spent nearly 30 years as an adult educator and trainer, designing and delivering training solutions to a wide range of clients large and small including the finance sector, hotels, airlines, the automotive and pharmaceutical industries, and government.


Working in Australia, New Zealand, South East Asia and the Middle East in the areas of leadership, management, team development and frontline service, Tara has had first-hand experience observing how pressure, stress and poor relationship skills can impact people’s lives dramatically.


Developing a personal Mindfulness Practice was a game changer in Tara’s life and career. And being accredited as a Mindfulness-based Stillness Meditation Teacher by the world-renowned Gawler Foundation in Australia  signposted a shift of direction to focus on her real passion….. teaching busy and stressed people how to be personally effective and cope in a pressure-filled, constantly changing world.
